  • My workouts: Here are some of the workouts that I post on the app. You can choose whichever workout you want. 
  • Log your lifts: In the app you can track the weights you are lifting, so the next time you attack the same exercise, you know what you did before. A great way to beat your Personal best's
  • Group chat: Where all members can support each other, ask questions and stay accountable. 
  • Body Stats: On the app you have the ability to track your body measurements and body stats. So you can analyse your body and keep an eye on your progress.
  • Photos: You can keep an eye on your progress by keeping all your photos in one place. Once you have uploaded your own photos you can compare them as you go, a great feature in the app.
  • Exercise: Ryan demonstrates every exercise on the app, so if you're unsure then just hit the play button and take a look exactly what you need to do.
  • Your Calendar: Choose and schedule the workouts on your own calendar within the app. This way you know what you will be doing on a weekly basis.
